Flexible Scheduling
We understand that many employees are trying to juggle school, practice, family time, errands, and personal hobbies, all with only 16 hours of awake time in a day! We pride ourselves on flexible scheduling that allow our employees to live their best life and work when it works for them and our guests!
Premium Pay
We appreciate our employee’s commitment to working on holidays and weekends. As a token of our appreciation, most positions are eligible for Holiday Pay and/or Sunday Pay. If you are an hourly non-exempt employee, you are also eligible for overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 per workweek.

Our team members and their immediate household receive a 10% discount on most purchases within our stores, regardless of which location you work for! If you work at a location with a company-owned coffee shop, you’ll get a discount on your beverages there too!

Provided to all team members and their family - unlimited phone access to legal, financial, and work-life services and up to five free in-person counseling sessions, per situation/issue, per year.
Sunday Premium Pay
Certain positions in our retail environment are eligible for an additional $1 per hour for each hour worked on Sunday.

We provide tools, training, and resources to our leaders so that they can facilitate career conversations with our team members! Part of a fulfilling career starts with determining what area of the business would bring the greatest value to you – both personally and professionally. Setting up a development conversation with a leader or HR team member is a great way to get things started!
Training Programs
We provide a variety of formal, classroom-based, and virtual trainings to help strengthen the skill sets of our team members. All team members also have access to our eLearning platform which contains hours and hours of trainings on topics that can benefit an individual both personally and professionally. In certain circumstances, we may partner with outside services to assist our team members in earning additional certifications or credentials that assist them in their position.
Tuition Reimbursement
For those employees who have a goal to further their education, Coborn’s, Inc. is happy to help! Full-Time team members who are pursuing a degree related to a career opportunity with our company may be eligible for our Tuition Reimbursement Program in which a significant portion of tuition may be reimbursed to an employee.
